Schuyler Archambault is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in Boston, MA, and in Newton, MA at Ank Fit.
Her clients choose to work with her to seamless transition from physical therapy to performance:
1. Schuyler has the physical therapy knowledge to safely strength train around multiple previous injuries, or chronic pain.
2. The client have hypermobility and want to learn to strength train without making their symptoms worse.
Strength training and physical therapy packages are one in the same, sessions are based on what you need on that day.
In-Person and Virtual Strength training Options
55 minute session
($250/session, 225$/10 pack)
In-person strength training session
Recommended for people who have minimal access to equipment at home, and who do not want to navigate moving their computers to keep themselves in frame. In person, we have access to weights, squat racks, cables, benches, etc.
Virtual strength training session
Recommended for people who have access to baseline equipment at home (dumbbells, and/ or bands, etc). We will discuss what you need at home during your initial consultation. You will receive directions with the link to the meeting, and will need to be able to move your computer so Schuyler is able to see you and give feedback during your session.
Monthly membership of custom programming via Bridge Athletic App:
2x/week of strength training $225
3x/week of strength training $340
Monthly membership strength training option
The monthly membership personal training option consists of a personalized workout program, created expressly for you based on the equipment you have access to, your training experience, injury history and personal fitness goals. There is no equipment you need to have as this is customized to you, however after a few months, Schuyler may recommend equipment to help reach your goals. There are weekly check ins, messaging and form checks via the Bridge Athletic app. Pricing is based on the amount of strength days desired, cardio programming is included and is discussed at your initial consult. A consultation call is required prior to starting so Schuyler can learn about your exercise history, injuries and goals.
