About Dr. Schuyler Archambault
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) working with clients in Boston and Newton, MA. Over the past 6 years I have worked as a Physical Therapist in Boston with patients experiencing orthopedic conditions. In addition, I have spent 11 years as a strength coach in Boston. In that time I have greatly enjoyed progressing patients through physical therapy and furthering their progressions and achievements post-physical therapy through strength training. I have since decided to open a business in Boston’s Back Bay and Newton, MA where clients can seamlessly transition from physical therapy treatment back to strength training in the gym. I am also an adjunct Professor in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Massachusetts College Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS).
As a lifelong athlete, I grew up playing competitive sports and loving anything fitness and health-related. During my time playing college soccer, I suffered an ACL tear resulting in two knee surgeries. As many may know, ACL surgery comes with a lot of physical therapy and strength training. This experience led me to my passion for helping clients return to their full potential. Being hypermobile myself, I works with clients who are hypermobile to manage pain and get them back to the activities they love. I also works with older clients who are looking to manage chronic diagnoses and exercise for longevity.
When I am not working with clients in Boston, I am usually on a walk, hiking, playing tennis, or at the beach. I believe in the power of movement to keep your mind and body feeling their best.
